Biography
I.C.Su grew up in a small rural village of southern Taiwan surrounded by farmland. He lived a chaste old country life performing all of the tasks of feeding chickens, grazing cattle, growing vegetables, and agriculture. All of these childhood memories developed his great passion for Mother Nature, therefore the Su's Garden was in the forefront of his mindas he planned and worked towards his dream. He started collection bonsai, suisekes, and Chinese Antique Pots. These rare pots are from international auctions and have been long treasured in Su's Garden.
In 2006, he become the president of the largest and oldest (45 years) international bonsai and stone association (BCI), and actively participated in all relative international activities. He has seen that human has damage the Earth that everyone relies on to a point that endangers our safety and living quality. Being environment conscience is truly important now. There are many hundreds year old trees planted in Su's Garden. There are also display rooms and collection rooms arranged according to the different styles or eras they represent for the purpose of passing on the legend of Chinese cultural arts.
